Its an abandoned car you can only get it if you can connect your ps4 online sadly they don't release these anymore they stopped last year so now if you wanna get it you cant unless if you are playing on pc so you can install a mod

Trev if u press down on the d pad in freemode in payback theres going to be a menu for live tuning. And look for expansion pack call speedcross series for need for speed payback
You can disable the crash slo mo in settings, I did and it makes cop chases much easier. I still hate how overly aggressive and fast they made the cops in this game though, I just want to drive. (Kinda sucks when you're going 165mph and a charger zooms past you and pulls in front like you're standing still. :/

just got this game tonight its 5 usd on the holiday store in playstation if anyone wants it and the sale is on til the 16th!! :) glad to see you can play as the po po...i have need for speed heat but im burnt out on that one...i really wante the crew 2 but i can do always online with the millions of trolls lol wish they would make the crew 2 offline optional then i would get it...i did sub tysm again for the vids sweetface! :D

This was an abandoned car, when the game added a new abandoned car every week or so. The games no longer updated, so the car is no longer available.
