That exeggcute is a pretty playable card in expanded. It’s ability makes certain cards with a discard cost free. You ultra ball away two exeggcute, use the ability next turn to get them back into your hand and you have another free ultra ball etc.
This one was a big come up for sure. I wish I would've documented the last few I picked up but it was just too chaotic to go through in a reasonable video

It is the only way to do pokemon cards and not lose money lol. Obviously you can get lucky ripping packs but this is always a safer bet

I think they were the only energies in packs of those sets but I'm pretty sure you weren't guaranteed to get one
