Those are just “you’re lying I’m not lines” rebuttals are like when Drake flips the 11 year old daughter topic saying I gave that info out and you took the bait. My interpretation of it is him basically saying 'everything this man is rapping about is a lie y'all. He's a trash person and a habitual liar and I don't even need to spend too much time on it other than that.'

I think the "family matter and the truth of the matter" line is the flip... really of the whole song and that he didn't need to go at Drake directly to do it. My interpretation of it is that he intentionally talked directly to the listener, basically saying "everything this man is rapping about is a lie y'all. He's a trash person, manipulator and habitual liar. Y'all can't trust him and I don't need to spend more time on it because it's ridiculous to begin with"
