Walaikum Asalam To freeze kebabs.. 1. You will need to put a layer of baking paper at the bottom of the container then put kebabs on the baking paper. Make sure you don't tightly squeeze them together. There should be enough space around. Then add another layer of baking paper on top of the kebabs. Keep doing this until the final layer. Lastly add a final layer of baking paper and put the lid on. 2. You can also half cook the kebabs and freeze it. Whenever you want to eat them, cook them for 2-3 minutes.😊
