The explanation of why half-zombie exists were bcs them 3 were able to not focusing on being fear of becoming a zombie. The girl was still thinking bout the post and phone even when she was bitten. Same like Gwinam, the moment he was swarmed and bitten all he thinking was to kill Cheongsan. Namra doesnt even know Gwinam is a zombie so she wasnt thinking or fear for got bit at all. She thought she was bitten by a human Gwinam.
