Hey so yes you can earn before placements and during that period as well. Rest mostly the placements are unpaid. Also about the accommodation you don’t get free accommodation services but you can go for booking an airbnb for some time after you land. And in the meantime you can find a home for you

Fees and Scholarships are subjective to the course you've applied for as well as your grades in high school. It also varies a lot from uni to uni.
