I am learning Scrum and arrived to the name Prof Hirotaka Takeuchi, (well, and Mr Ikujiro Nonaka) back in 1986 as founders of the concept. I think it is the same person with this one on the video. Thank you for sharing it's very nice short interview :-)
At 8:35 - The idea of cutting people being the same as cutting knowledge, and layoffs being a company's last resort -- very bold (and humane). Also 5:45 -- Viewing your company as a "Green Tomato" (aka, an organization that is still growing) was a nice touch.
