April's love for people she cares about is deep, she just shows it differently, especially with Ann.
No, she genuinely hates Ann because April can see through people and Ann is a shallow moron.
So true. Other than her husband Andy she cares for Leslie, Tom, Ron, Ann, Donna, even Chris was like an uncle to her.

tynnyfer saying “oh wait it’s xanax o’clock” and pulling out a pink pill case that says “my pills” is my favorite moment from a non-recurring character
I love in the episode where they are trying find homes for the shelter animals and she says how they "should be rewarded for not being people. I hate people" LOVE that quote!
Her desperation at the animals not being adopted was also great to see.
Personal favorite of mine was when they were digging dirt up on each other and April was upset no one tried to find anything on her, and she screamed:
“Hello? I drove a riding lawnmower through a Nordstrom. There’s video, that I took, on the internet.”
and she was so disappointed that no one seemed to care.
April and Ann singing together is the most wholesome scene in the history of television
and Donna's entrance makes it 100x better
April is right- who doesn't know that fantastic song? 😂

I like when she was running away from Leslie and saying "stop". It looks like that might have been adlibbed because of Aubry's smile, it looked genuine.
April is definitely one of my favorite characters and I don’t blame her for being happy that she uncovered all that embarrassing stuff about her high school bully.😅

I actually said in my year book, long before April, that I wanted to work for the sanitation department. My parents were mad. After College , I did apply, not for the exact job people thought of. I didn't get it. I did get a job that April would be jealous. In the morgue.
I always thought Anne easily physically overpowering April was a key moment in their relationship/characters, which kept their dynamic funny and less meanspirited.
Also, it's hilarious.
April put all her character points into Intimidation and zero into Strength

Since I never watched the show I didn't "get" Plaza. But after watching it I understand why everybody loves her... including me. She's hilarious!! Catch her "Catwoman" gag, my favorite.
