Suleiman gets pleased that Ibrahim and Hatice has got back together. However, Hurrem gets disturbed about that. Nigar looks for a way to away from the men who want to marry her.
Prince Mustafa wants to take Helena in his harem, but Helena doesn't know who Mustafa really is. Yahya of Taslica steps in and convinces Helena's father to break the engagement. Helena becomes happy that the engagement is broken but gets devastated when she learns that she'll be taken in the Prince's harem.
The rivalling betweem Sultana Hurrem and Firuze hots up day by day. Suleiman decides to go to the Hunting Lodge with his princes. He wants to take Firuze with her. Hurrem gets very upset about it since she has thought she would also go there. However, the preparations for the Hunting Lodge gets interrupted surprisingly. It's time for Hurrem to finish things about Firuze.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Because she understands it from his position, deep down. She can be pushy, she can be way more forward than almost anyone else, but she still has to protect the lives of herself and her children. No matter the depth of love, there would have been a point that if she reached it, he would have flipped and put her to death and the children too.
We can't look at it from a 2024 regular people view, we need to see it from how their rules worked back then.

I don't personally agree with that kind of life, but it makes sense if you are trying increase your numbers...multiple women having multiple children with the head guy. One woman having children is slow, but many women having them is more efficient.

If i see how Sultan Syulaiman treats the women he did!! I lost respect on him. He is the famouse King and Ottoman is big kingdom this not proper treat to the woman like hé did!!! Looking at Harem Life from a 21st-century perspective, these women are to be pitied. They spent their lives jockeying for position, and in the eyes of the Dynasty, they were just their for breeding purposes, like a prized animal at a fair.
