Absolutely love your channel. Excellent job! It would be awesome if you would film the trucks being loaded, you know the job in entirety. We would all love that!
What an demolition! Despite this being a abandoned little house with bunch of old trash in it (and maybe squatters at times) it was satysfying to watch this. Idk how did I get into this, but the site might be used for something actually useful.
I always enjoy a good home demo w/an excavator. Just a suggestion- maybe a little back story on why the house is being torn down? Who ordered it or wanted it torn down, etc. Happy holidays.
This was fun because of all the stuff in this house! I was wanting to see the excavator finish off that inflatable mattress in the garage - total destruction! You stepped on the teddy bear instead of saving it from the excavator? You savage! 😂
Lovely place! What was the large green item on top of the recycling bin…on top of the bed at the 1:25 mark? It looked like a big green bowling pin! 😂 Stomp the stuffing out of that teddy bear, Wrecker! Hehehe Merry Christmas, Brian!!!
It was probably a nice cozy little house before it caught on fire. That's when usually people like squatters take over. Cause I've seen that way to many times in my area. Thank you home wrecker for the videos and stay safe
When it's cold out and you can be out of the elements you do what you need to do i guess you have never been to the lowest of low in your life but some of us have
Always be cautious about driving the excavator on the floor of the house. Sometimes a guy forgets when having so much fun about the possibility of a basement or crawlspace.😮
I'm still amazed I watched a whole demolition in under 30 minutes. Here in Germany it would have taken at least a full working day for this kind of house, maybe even two. It's also impressive you do all of this with just a bucket, here you'd neet at least a grab, maybe even two different ones plus a bucket. And I've never seen this half-grab on a bucket here as well. In Germany demolitions are boring tho, five minutes of wrecking and then half an hour of sorting the stuff into 5 different containers and people climbing over the wreckage searching for different materials... you just DESTROY it;) Merry Christmas and a happy new Year my friend!
We have a local salvage company that demos houses with an old Army Tank. They just drive in to the middle and rotate the gun turret and drive back out.
Oh hi are the new painter ? Oh why yes mam why you wont believe how nice it will look when we are done haha...I'm m jealous. I wanna play with the excavator lol
Love your videos! Ever considered putting on a mic and doing the walkaround? Maybe a face introduction to the property and then walk around? Just curious. Oddly satisfying watching the destruction. That Cat makes easy work of a structure!
I currently do junk removal but soon want to get into this. I.plan on renting equipment ect what does a job like this pay any where do u get the work. Thanks
Do you think that machine was too big for that job? Or did it work out fine? Just trying to get an idea a good size trackhoe for residential demolition that can be used for various house sizes. One thats Not too small or not too big!
@@chmurray4644 This was a small house, and he could’ve probably gotten away with a smaller machine on this one. But excavators are costly, and IMHO a machine that is a but larger is more versatile. A smaller one might be okay this time, but not on the next big house, commercial building or bank vault.
Squatter dude should get a job and pay for his lodging, he could get a job within a day, he just doesn't want to. He's mad because he's trespassing on private property and it's not nice to call them losers. I strongly disagree with that.
He is very experienced the house was close to the neighbours garage he could not ho hard he did not want to damage the neighbours garage and the neighbours fence he had to be very carefull he would be responsible to pay for them if he damaged them he has been doing demolition for years that is his job and business
2:38 The pit falls of living an in abandoned house. The rent is free, but you never know when the demolition crew is going to show up. 🤣
Not only the condition of the house, but the whole entire neighborhood!
True
Whatever it looks like someone calls it home, can't hate on that

I hear you! I’ll try to get some more of that in future videos. It is pretty cool!

Excellent video! It’s always enjoyable to watch a job done well and this one was a tight one 😮. Thanks for sharing
That was an old style low boy trailer. I used to pull oversized loads on the lower profile low boy trailers. Nice job, man.
Nice clean job on this house, in close quarters. Liked the video! Cheers and happy holidays.
Accurate operator. What a horror show of a house you did there.

He did, he said it was a fire. Listen next time.
@@mikel9567 or how about this mike, quit being a dick and just simply say "there was a fire in the house which led to the decision of demolition"
@@mikel9567 I'll listen better after you take a people skills class, K?

Still as awesome his destructions still as awesome You really are one of the best destruction channels. 🎉
Merry Christmas man
I've been a fan of this kind of video for some time, and your entertainment is the best. I'll continue to watch!!
Good stuff✅👍🏻
Thanks, buddy!
The guy that was going through the stuff in the back most likely was the squatter that was there 5 minutes prior
good job. Merry Christmas
Looks like you should have taken the neighbors garage too😂

At least the Smoke Detector was still working!!
I think doing a drawing for a demolition souvenir is a great idea, but perhaps from a less gross house pre-demo.
😂 I completely agree! I didn't take anything from that place, it was just too disgusting.
As a cable guy, I get calls like this at least once a week. After this long in the industry, I'm more inclined to turn and walk out these days
Nicely done. Do you ever find a basement no one has mentioned?
?
It unbelievable that anybbody would live there, even a squatter. Probably rats in there that would chew on you when you slept.

I could see the crack dust escaping during demo!
Surprised to see a good operator reaching from the trailer 😳

The "half-grab" as you call it is a hydraulic thumb. Without one you lose half the potential of the excavator.
Nice work!
Thanks buddy! I appreciate that!
In your area, are y’all not required to have a misting system for potential asbestos dust?
Stand on it Roscoe 🎉🎉😂😂😮
A fire in a houseeee!!!
What's the beam for? Thought i saw the episode explaining but it was just a reference to the beam.

Do you empty the house of all contents before demolition?
Is all stuff in house going in dumper as well?

Out of curiosity, what area of the US is this?
What city is this?
Using an excavator is one way of cleaning a house.
No dust control ? Not very good
ever do a demolition and someone was in there ?
Probably the reason for the walk-through.
I think the 323 was bigger than the house!
It sounds like i heard someone at 0:53.
Where did they go they left all the furniture? ?
It was a fire probably has smoke damage

lol who cares whether there was smoke damage???
These houses are built too close to each other. Were there ever any building codes when they built them?
not likely. Looked like 1920s maybe
@@nancyannirvin4507 No way this type of house woudl last this long. Probably not from 1920's, but instead it might be from the 1950's or something.
