If some people are wondering I followed this recipe and heres what i recommend: I dont recommend putting the roast in for as long as the video said. It was over cooked and the roast ended up being dry. when cutting intro roast it should be soft. but when i cutted into my it was tough. like the videos. and be careful when putting the second layer of coating on the meat. you shouldnt put the meat in for long after the second coating. you usually char things on a grill to get the char flavor. charing in the oven usually means you burnt the outside of your roast. his got a little dark in the video. I recommend less time in the oven with the second coat. it ended up burning the outside of the meat
When I'm a fully grown adult, one of my wishes is possible to cook this in my home, make it delicious as it looks in the video and eat it like I'm finally in heaven 😆. Thank you, Chefmar, you really did a number on my stomach

Because I'm lazy and wanted to experiment, I ended up just throwing everything into the crockpot on high for bout 6hrs and it turned out AMAZING Pulled pork fans, it's 100% worth doing 👏👏

oh you cook like me... I cook butter with some carrot, sometime I add egg to my butter. You can't go wrong with flavoring your butter with some veggies or herbs. looks sooo good!
I made it! Mine was pretty undercooked though...I had to double the time, and put foil around it. Even now, I still don't know what went wrong. Still, the end result was so good! Meat was tender, sweet, and juicy, and the gravy was amazing! I'm gonna make this again for thanksgiving
