That’s a truly beautiful car. It’s a slightly scaled down version of the S-Class. I’ve leased a Tesla in the past. I will own a gasoline powered vehicle for as long as they are available.
So when you add 10.75% California state sales tax we’re talking almost $100K. As soon as I drive it off the lot it drops $25-30,000. I have owned 7 Mercedes, but the new ones are made for 3 year lease customers. All the latest models have suffered from quality Issues like the 2014 CLS550 and other bi-turbo engines that wick oil into the wiring harness and ruin the engine.

Great car ,but I miss the traditional grill with the stand up hood ornament
You can still get it with the s class package.
The sale person tell you everything
90% of those options were available 20+ years ago on w211 model since 2003.
Cars are too expensive because of all these unnecessary tech and safety features
