I’ve been to Port Bolivar numerous times! My aunt and uncle had a beach house there. I always loved it so much. I like Galveston a lot too. So much history there. I would love to spend a month there enjoying those morning walks! I’m so happy you and your family have been able to enjoy it! ❤

A beach house here would be a dream.
Or anywhere near the ocean. 👌🏼

Ahhhh that is a nice spot. I did a week Airbnb there in 2021 with my sisters and our girls. We were right on the beach too. Our girls loved it! Up the road they had a tiny waterpark that we went to too but that only grocery store had me like 😮‍💨😂. Nonetheless we enjoyed our time there too. Glad you all had a good time and thanks for sharing. You are making me want to become an RV mom now 😊. God bless!

Love following your vlog adventures :). For your camera in low light, is your ND filter setting still set to on by chance? I just got that camera for vlogs and the ND filter setting is so handy during the day but then in low light so dark. Anywho just a guess!

It is. I’ll have to turn it off and test it out!

Texas beaches always have seaweed~the best is south padre, I think anyhow lol! I’ve never been to bolivar peninsula though! I do like Galveston so Bolivar looks amazing~ I’m all about privacy! If you decide to hit up the Texas hill country I’m happy to help (not that you need it) check out Salado though! moody Garden is worth it maybe another trip!

A few people recommended padre island. We thought about going there but it was a bit of a drive further down south.
We are hanging around Houston area for a bit so may come back for moody gardens.

The diesel is a big expense, for sure.
But at the same time we also have less overhead after selling our home.
You win some, you lose some!
      But it’s a great experience!
