Is not easy to get proof of address in South Africa. Cos most houses foreigners live in u can't see the landlord and are run by care takers.
So to get more customers, limit your regulations so every foreigner can get chance.
Anyway, I love mama money cos u can send as little as R200.

Why need all this when you want to upgrade you already have my payslip and passport photo. And most of the people who use your services are self employed why need payslip. I think you should lift payslips and bank statements

I'm as sure as a death 90% of your customers are foreigners with no proof of permit and proof of bank statement so kindly remove these regulations most of us we want to send more money home but due to few limits we can't 😩😩😩...
