I hope that some people might find helpful what i found out so here it is, for the people that dont have sound or its really weak. Because I have both a phone and a computer with this account (the revious comment was fromthe phone for example) I tested something and because the sound is so weak the speaker from the phone cant quite get the sound out, so I suggest that is you have access to a computer or a laptop that will fix the problem. However if you cant change the device you could try to connect to a speaker or loud headphones (I dont suggest earphones since 1) its not as loud and 2) its not a comfortable but you do you) or if you cant do any of that blast your volume all the way up and hope for the best. Hope this helped some people because I know I was so confused when I couldnt hear a a thing. ( god damh I said my real name about 3 times in just one comment... new record I suppose)
