The more I look into the 1000 year reign, the more I believe it already happened.
I totally agree, I've been reading the Bible from the perspective of the millennium being already passed and the words of Jesus, especially in the gospels, make sense now.

I visited there many times as a kid on holiday with my parents, was awe inspiring and magical......surrounding mud flats super dangerous like quicksand, tide comes in like a mini tsunami at 40mph or something , only one causeway to the isle.....

Did you know there is a Saint Michaels mount in Cornwall England its identical in every way. Here is something I just copied from Wiki. Historically, St Michael's Mount was a Cornish counterpart of Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy, France (with which it shares the same tidal island characteristics and the same conical shape, though it is much larger, at 57 acres [23 ha], than Mont St Michel which covers 17 acres [6.9 ha]).
So interesting 🤔
There is truth in legends.. I think one thousand years of our "timeline" has been altered/hidden, for sure. The legend explains "why" this Mount Saint Michael exists. How it was built is an entirely different story. One can only imagine the Cymatics, Mercury & iron heating devices, actual masonry, geopolymer concrete, surveying technics, the constant high/low tide restrictions and raw Commitment it would take to build this.
It has also been said that Mount Saint Micheal is a large pocket of survival, of when it was part of a Star fort.. I tend to believe there is truth in The Legend of Mount Saint Micheal, leader of God's armies against satan.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in another comment, but there are 7 churches dedicated to st Michael, all in a complete straight line ending in Israel. They call is st. Michaels sword, from when he cast satan into the abyss. They all line with one of the solstices also
It’s wild I went to church as a kid and I’ve been rereading the scripture from this different perspective and this new perspective (new to me anyways) honestly makes way more sense most of the bible including revelations is written in past tense. Why would they write it like that if it were still going to happen

The Acuser inverts the truth of everything. 1000 year dark age was actually the thousand year light ages of the saints. Renaissance ( Reign of saints ). So I can see why they called it the dark ages. When the Acuser was in prison 1000 years.

I got into Mount St Michael Academy in the Bronx NYC. I ended up moving to Massachusetts. Hindsight is always 20/20 but I couldn't and wouldn't change it ever.
If an angel appears to you and tells you to build something in THEIR name you are not talking to an angel. Apostle Paul warms of "involuntary worship of angels."
I thought the verse was about worshipping angels not building something and naming it after an angel. You think saint Michael could be another angel in disguise that appeared to him?
@@AlphaTalkz You are correct about the meaning of the scripture. I also believe the origin story he gave as to why he built and named the fortress after an angel could very well lead to angel worship. Just saying the name of the place give homage to an angel and not God. Even in the book of Revelations when one of the angels brought good news to John and John fell down and began to worship him and the angel told him to get up he is not to worship him. Angels follow the command of the Most High and we know God will not give His glory to another so Him telling Michael to tell the people to name a fortress after Michael just doesn't sound right. Satan does appear as an angel of light and so does his minions. Anyhow, this was not me taking a dig at you but I always question the origin stories these builders give that's all.🙂

Yea dark ages.. more like Lit up w glory of God ages. It really doesn't add up, only question i ask is that if Jesus did reign for the 1000 years.. then idk like, why and how was the people around the 1780s found? Read revelation chapt 20 it says why. After 1000 years Satan is let loose for his little season and rest of the dead live again during this time.

This is fascinating! It is mind-numbing hearing so many pastors, church leaders, etc continue to make the false claim that Revelation is still in the future. The church for centuries (going by the "official" timeline) knew and recognized that Rev 1-19 occurred during the 1st century, culminating in 70 AD. The story behind this great structure provides more evidence that the 1000 years likely already happened, IMHO.
Well not all of it is finished that false to but maybe up to chap 20 aka Satan's little season. It can't be all finished we're not in a new heaven new earth.
@@AlphaTalkz Yes, that's what I think too. My understanding is that the church originally knew that at least the first 19 chapters of Revelation occurred during the first century. I'm not sure what their views were on the Millennial Kingdom, although I believe it likely already happened. I also believe we are in the short season now. The "full preterist" view that all of Revelation was completed in the first century is a false interpretation, I agree.

The people that built Mont St. Michael and others including church leaders apparently understood that the Millennial Kingdom also occurred or was occurring. If they knew that Michael defeated Satan and bound him for 1000 years, this would seem to make sense. Is that your understanding?

@@AlphaTalkz this understanding got me looking into the authenticity of the book of Enoch. Michael is THE archangel you can't havd more than one. Enoch says there's loads. It also says one can be your salvation. I've got a playlist on it and the dead sea scrolls link to nasa. Look into qumran caves. They're melted buildings imo
