The problem with adding shipping to the price is returns because you can't deduct the shipping costs that you paid for. Where if you charge for shipping and have a return, you only have to return the costs of the item and not the shipping.
Hey! That's a good point. Unfortunately, there's no one golden strategy that works for every business. It takes a lot of experimenting and testing of different strategies to see what works for your specific business. In your case, if you're getting a lot of returns, maybe including shipping to the retail price doesn't make sense.
Shipping and product pricing are some of the hardest decisions I've created hundreds if not thousands of listings and not listed then because Im worried about the pricing of them
My sister and I have an Etsy store. We sold a calendar to France, and the postage was much more than quoted by Printify. It was about 33 dollars. So we lost a lot on the sale because we could not add that amount of postage to the product, as the total was 89 dollars, or thereabouts. We have made our products available only in the USA and Canada now, which greatly reduces our market. Etsy wants us to charge 6 dollars postage. If we add the actual postage to the product, the product is too expensive. We could do with some advice please, as we would like to sell worldwide. Thank you.
Hi Sharon! Thanks for reaching out about this, unfortunately the only way to get a lower shipping price for calendars in France or Europe in general would be to use a European print provider. Sadly, they're aren't very many that print this particular product and most of the ones that do, only ship from the US. That being said, we hear you and we'll work on getting more calendars from European print providers into our catalog as soon as we can.
@Printify thank you for replying so soon, and for your answer. We love designing on Printify, and will continue, and we will keep looking for a solution for the postage.
We feel you! This is a huge topic and can involve a lot of details. But in short, the best advice we can give is try, learn, try again, keep learning and improving!
Mock-ups are BROKEN on MOBILE. If you double-tap ANY mock-up image, it opens a new window with the image floating on a huge page of white and no-back button or anything. TERRIBLE! Has been like this for days. FIX NOW!
@@Printify YOU MUST optimize site for MOBILE. If you click on ANY image on mobile, it re-directs to a random blank page with the image floating there, no menu, and no back-button. In general, the store-front loads SLOW on mobile as well. OPTIMIZE FOR MOBILE!
Thank. you!

How to set custom packaging?
Hey! Right now we don't have custom packaging available, but we're aware of the growing requests!
Any date when it will be available? (Or some other company you work with) @@Printify

We totally understand. It can be really tricky getting it right. The best is to keep experimenting until you find that sweet spot with your customers!
