I have the briefcase and in no rivalries. I can't cash it in still, I guess cause I'm the Number one contender. I am losing matches and my ranking won't drop

+Rox Strongo your rank doesnt matter, as long as you are in the rankings and have the briefcase when you select a match which involves the Champ (has to involve the current champion) there will be 2 options, cash in and run in. Select cash in and advance to the match, it will then play a cutscene of you running to the ring with the briefcase. The champs health will be low so just do a few moves (no special moves needed) and pin!
