There are a total of 21 riddles that you can solve in Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. In order to play a riddle you can go to your map and press the L3 button.
Once you find a Riddle Location, you need to press and hold your 'Up' arrow until it scans. When you solve all 21 riddles, you'll unlock the 'The Real Deal' Achievement / Trophy.

I solved all 21, It even says so in the game but the achievement never unlocked and only says im 90% complete. Is anyone else having this issue?

There is going to be 3 seasons more is going to be released in March and when you beat the game it literally says you have to kill 13 brainiacs

Nah man I did all the stuff and I got the trophy so yours might be glitched maybe look up how to solve it or worse case scenario replay the game and do it again

It is definitely glitched on Xbox, i solved all 21 riddles as well, the game says 21/21 and yet, my achievement tracker is stuck on 95% - several reports are out that this achievement is bugged on the Steam version as well btw., so there's hope they will fix this with a patch soon at least.
