Your admin has given you restricted access. Its not related to subscription.

before you start the video, give some background or real situation as to why we need to create Custom Domain, what reason we require it. Also some details are missing example, you created the index file, and gave the name (INDEX.HTML), a viewer may ask why you give this specific name and why select such a format with dot in between. There are many places where you need to explain in details.
