60hz on a laptop does not feel as much as on phone due to touch screen , yes slow SSD (definitely not good) but for a student or just a casual user he won't even see the difference and M1 model is quite old with old design M2 is bare minimum and M3 Air just feels slightly overpriced as it doesn't offer more new things compared to M2 Air As far as price is concern M2 is a good option
