Thank you for this, though Nan is now 9500 and its not easy to access , i will try MY BOY since i still give 90 percent of breastmilk, i only give formula when i am tired

Please stick to one to avoid baby from reacting to anyone .... remember your baby can't talk so it's best not to do what would cause any adverse effects on them pls

Yes, after 12 months a child can be introduced to cow milk. This video is for 6months+ babies
