I disagree. I heard everything that was said about my father as a child (I was the nosy kid who sat on the stairs and listened to the adults when they told us to leave because we couldn’t be “in grown folks conversations”) but I still was able to form my own opinions about him outside of theirs. We don’t give children enough credit to make their own conclusions/opinions/ decisions based upon their personal experiences and not what’s been said to or around them.

If both parties are good to go then it will be decided today, if they’re not then it’ll be continued. The party that doesn’t get full custody can appeal the judge’s decision, that will be looked into by a higher court and they will decide whether or not a new hearing will go ahead..it’s extremely rare though. I hope and pray that if Michael doesn’t get custody then he’ll get visitation rights set in stone. I don’t believe for one second that Kaitlyn doesn’t want to see her sister, that’s June bugs who’s been in her ear. Parental/sibling alienation is REAL. I have also lost a daughter. She was 28 and had no children. I wish every day I had a piece of her here. I understand June wanting to keep her granddaughter. However she needs to do what’s best for her even though it hurts. and what’s best is i living with her dad ,sisters and stepmom and having stability and normalcy because she is also hurting and probably hasn’t even begun to deal with losing her mom. June then needs to be the best grandmother she can be and give her all her love and support. We all know June will push this off on Justin.

I really hope the lies of June come out in court and the judge sees her lies and manipulation!! I hope the best possible outcome for Kaitlyn is what happens not for the adults but rather the child. I would not be surprised however and even fear June getting what she wants and away with what she’s done it’s happened before and with celebrities and semi celebrities it’s often they get away with shit! I hope at very least he gets visitation if June gets custody and she’s not allowed to move out of state if she does cause I hope the way that the way things was prior to Anna’s passing are brought to light like how visitation was and what Anna wanted etc I hope they see that Kaitlyn has been manipulated and June I’m sure is going to make money off of her. If both parties are good to go then it will be decided today, if they’re not then it’ll be continued.
The party that doesn’t get full custody can appeal the judge’s decision, that will be looked into by a higher court and they will decide whether or not a new hearing will go ahead..it’s extremely rare though.
I hope and pray that if Michael doesn’t get custody then he’ll get visitation rights set in stone. I don’t believe for one second that Kaitlyn doesn’t want to see her sister, that’s June bugs who’s been in her ear. Parental/sibling alienation is REAL. Is June still on paper? Meaning probation or Parole? If she is then her supervising agent would have the results of all of June’s UA’s/drug tests. If June moved she probably changed where she does her drug tests at but she would still be able to get the previous records showing results.

It sounds like Michael has a very good standing with his ex girlfriends and most of Anna's family. If he was abusive, I highly doubt he'd be calling these people to testify for him
