So would you say sell and or keep the house and sell later? I have a house I got in 2008 a 1977 home large land and home and it has profit. I mean I could sell and get more properties and pay my debts. However, keeping the house in a good interest rate and continue renting is an option as well…. Get q Heloc and pay my cards with big interest rates.
We want to move from OK to TX this summer to be near our daughter. Our house is paid off. We can't make up our mind whether to rent for a while in TX or try to go ahead and buy. If there's a limited inventory in TX, then maybe rent and apartment for a while? IDK.
I’m selling my home in LV, & will also be buying in No. Texas for the same reason! The variety of homes currently in Texas are minimal to fair if you want good locations.
Currently looking to buy a single family home in a sparse suburban city in north Texas, 102k-120k in population. However, the interest rates are going to hit hard!

What do you think of the month of June 2024, selling a home? Is this the best month of the year?
Best month to sell is probably April. But June is a good month. You want to avoid listing in 4th quarter in my opinion
