If you wanna keep them carded, I've got no problem with that. Especially since you already have another stratos. However my entire collection is loose, so either way I'm down with whatever you do with them.
W O W Amazing cars. I would struggle to open those for same reasons. If those survived in near pristine collections for so long I would keep them like this.
Can't open em. Those off-brand cars a cool, but cheap feeling and rolling often, making the opening a disappointment. Best enjoyed as a full presentation in the package.

I think that you should keep them carded , as you can imagine I love this trio of vintage obscure diecast , the last one is from the brand "Universal"
