Just finished a 12 hour nursing shift in End of life care . Can't tell you how weirdly relaxing to settle down with a large glass of wine ( following a bath ) and listen to your upload . Many thanks ❤
Thankyou for the wonderful work you do.Hope you enjoyed the wine...❤
@@britanniau.k.4352 Thanks . Just a cheap bottle of supermarket red , but it went down a treat 🍷 👍❤️ Best wishes to you
I’m a nurse in elder care with many end of life care and dementia patients so after a heavy shift coming home at midnight, I too have a long relaxing bath, break out a glass of wine and listen to this channel. All my stress just dissipates. Fabulous.
I think every inch of Scotland and England and Ireland is haunted
And the countries they colonized and left ghosts ...
Fresh coffee, laundry to fold and Eerie Edinburgh! A dream come true for this Sunday morning! ❤
Aww, thank you. Hope you enjoy 😊
@eerieedinburgh it was really good! Eagerly awaiting the next one!
@@listensister8808 Thank you. Starting on the next one tonight. Possibly heading to Skye this time 😊
As always more riveting tales from the greatest country on earth. Today I could not help but think of a little old Scottish man who came here and told me, "The Scots keep the Sabbath Day and anything else they can get their hands on." A hoard of money and a severed hand. Thank you once again.
Thank you 😊
I encountered that quote on the wall of a Naval radio station.
It takes more than just the Scots, though:
"The British comprise a number of people's: Firstly the Scots, who keep the Sabbath and everything else they can lay their bluidy hands on, secondly the Welsh, who pray upon their knees and prey upon their neighbours. Thirdly there's the Irish, who don't know what the hell they're fighting for, but they're willing to die for it, and finally you have the English who consider themselves to be a race of self-made men, thereby ridding the Almighty of a dreadful responsibility!"
@@oordenkings2460 thank you. The old Scot told me that in full but I immediately forgot the Welsh part and bungled the Irish and only remembered the Scottish because, well I have Scottish blood.
It used to be ... now its run by moosymen and gits
A vengeful entity that appears as a beautiful woman💃🏻 and also as a hare🐰? This is the perfect dark Easter fable!
So sad today. Trying to lift myself out of it
A good strong cup of tea and Eerie Edinburgh. 😊
Hope it helps.
There will never be an end to stories such as these until "Man" chooses to end his Selfish Cruelty. 💔 😓
💔
I live in Selkirk in the Borders…have heard of this place but never been to it. Thank you for this 🙂
May I apologise on behalf of English tyrants everywhere....
The best spooky channel on TH-cam.... I did ask a question how do I come a channel support but nobody seems to get back to me? Unless I miss it, the comment reply I mean?
I did email the website but I know you're busy.
I love Scottish history even though I am from South of the border in the North East... We have more things in common with the Scottish than we do with London.
I am OK I am a Geordie 😂😂😂
I think there's a problem with the submission on the website, my apologies. If you'd like to support, and thank you for considering it, you can buy me a ko-fi (link is in the home page) or possibly a super thanks on TH-cam?
Except we don't vote Tory....🏴✊🤣

Scottish/Irish from Boston, my grandmother would tell me stories when I was a kid in the early 1960's, I couldn't understand some of the words but I loved it.
Hi, awesome live ghosts stories video I enjoyed it. How are you doing? I'm doing well and so is my cat Benjamin. HAPPY EASTER to you. Have a great weekend see you next video 😊
I had not long ago read of this last account at Littledean in a book I'm reading at the moment. The book is a compendium of ghost stories, simply titled *"Ghosts"* edited by Morven Eldritch and published in 2006 by Geddes & Grosset. The title of the story, on Page 131, was "The 'Hideous Hand' Of An Unknown Lady".
Wonderful video, as always!
Such a beautiful and ancient landscape and captivating stories!
The sadism throughout history is shocking. Such cruelty.
I'm positive more than a few women got revenge.

I echo all the great positive feedback given by other commenters. I could listen to you reading the phone directory. But wait!! I don't think they make those any more😥. I'll settle for a dictionary.

My Paternal Grandmother was from Scotland, her maiden name Haddow. My Maternal Grandmother had the shawl our Scottish ancestor (Janet Nevin) had worn coming over on the ship, to get married in America.
I have the most Scottish DNA of my family. Figures. 😊 🏴
Any story set in Motherwell?
