Thank you for the support. Rikku is my personal favorite, I will always pick her over Yuna 😂😂
Jokes aside, it really depends on if you have Secrets of the heart & Halloween Monsters. If you have those, Rikku is a pain to deal with alongside Ashen King & Sadali or Kitone. Yuna can be more self sufficient as long as she has crit support VC and easier to fit in more teams.

And no i dont have those VCs i know Yuna is a better fit for me, i even have a decent Cloud AD (i mainly use GS/Katana/Devout) and great VC support for that team to go along with Lucielle.... but it would be nice to have both Yuna and Rikku, but i just dont have enough vis, because i also need to add the VCs of course.

i got him on my fourth pull from its banner!
I got him on first pull. My luck has been on fire since i came back to the game wtf. 1st multi for Garrousa, 1st multi for Cactuar VC and 1st multi for Jayden.

The nulify ct up + ct down in synergy with slow from Jayden haste is too much 😂 they are chained like a raid boss.
Need to see one with Irvine Yuna Jayden just for fun and many follow up atk
And one with Light Veritas Jayden Yuna if you have ffbe sylvie vc for human killer mag and aoe res, idr if japanese version have it. Or wind jayden to secure the slow with his lb he has also a high chance to silence on his break barrier skill

Not really 😅 His AI is what’s holding him back. Jayden & Yuna together is definitely meta defining. Both his and Yuna VCs are must haves for those two in my opinion.

Hey Man, quick update on my progress with Jayden. So turns out his -1 move is a debuff so when I use Shinryu on my sub slot the debuff reduction rate of 10 makes it so the skill cannot debuff his move (shows 0% chance). I mean ill have to not use the VC then right?
Yeah it is tied to debuff weakening. There are advantages & disadvantages to both, just need to play around with it. There are maps having 3 move is good but now so much on others.

No it doesn’t effect Alaya. Hers is from her support ability, whereas Jayden’s is an active debuff. That’s why Jayden’s is affected by debuff weakening.
@@kt7up7 ah I see, I'll be honest I like complex AI, it gives much more room for options when new maps come around, older AI is rigid so you either excel at a map or not even consider using a unit because of the AI. Jayden seems to give knowledgeable players the options to play around and make him useful.
Rikku or jayden? Who would you recommend? BTW good job on posting this immediately after global updates, helps us not get into fomo as we get more. Info about him
Jokes aside, it really depends on if you have Secrets of the heart & Halloween Monsters. If you have those, Rikku is a pain to deal with alongside Ashen King & Sadali or Kitone. Jayden is super powerful but his AI could be more difficult to control. If his VC next week supports Devout or red mage, he might be the core unit of strongest team.
What sub job do you recommend?
His main sub is the best imo. Magic striker has heal & a pretty good units res down attack but all the abilities require casting. I don’t recommend using a trust stone slot for cast time reduction.
Hey KT7UP, I've pulled for jayden since I recently came back and have been struggling to fight current meta units. I'll bet on Yuna to have the gun team you have but wanted to ask if it's worth it to have a 97 faith Alaya for the increase proc chance of Immobilize and Frostbite?
Yes ice Alaya is always at 97 faith. The status effects are worth it.
@kt7up7 i thought so but since you're great at answering questions in your videos I wanted to confirm, I'm F2P so I'm trying to pull a tall task here having pulled for jayden now trying to pull for yuna!. I'm most likely not going to be able to even pull for her VC but we'll see if I can try, depends on how soon I get Yuna so I'll have to make due with Melnia's VC on top and shuffles what little Gun VC I have around😅.
Yuna’s VC is really important for gunners, but I think you should have enough time to save up for it before the banners go away.
@@kt7up7 ah, right in the feels...., my saving grace should be that collaborations tend to last a long time like 45 days or so. So I'll just try my best for the VC after getting Yuna.
I have a double greatsword team with seifer. Do you think the commander buff is important enough to pull for em? Thanks as always for the quick vids and hard work
No I don’t think it is worth just to get the commander abilities. Lucille basically give them the same effects, the cure for status is nice but you can prevent a lot of that with TS passive. Especially GS units mostly run 50 faith, those shouldn’t be huge issues.
Has it been confirmed that the interaction between move down and debuff reduction rate up is a bug? It seems like it is an unintended consequence? Like i assume if you used a TMR with debuff reduction rate up, his movement increases.
Nah it is actually because of the debuff reduction applied by Shiryu.
What would be a good counter to him and this team? Thx for the review as always ^^.I decided to pull for the select sadali using free vis. I'll slow build him
Sephiroth can handle him quite easily. In a Yuna & Jayden setup, Resnick’s followup dispel will give them trouble.

Yeah his VC is next week. They have already shown the artwork during the livestream. It should be in my 5th anni recap video, but no info yet.

@@kt7up7i onyl read chinese, but seems like the vc is giving accuracy, mag up, shooting attack up, missiles reaist piercing rate up if im not wrong. it's whole packages in single vc.

I don’t think so. They are really good together but kinda frail, especially Yuna. And they don’t have nearly as much sustain, maybe when Light Veritas gets her 140 or Jayden gets a OP VC then things could be different.

Not sure if you scout top JP guilds but the rank 1 guild mass used YJ+Resnick on offence.They had some Yunas before but Jayden skyrocketed her prescence.
I don't think sustain is a big issue.They have all the techs available to brainstorm a setup that narrows down any interaction window significantly.
Null haste+CT from long range to avoid getting sealed+ potentially getting your own haste is a massive advantage that most teams can't replicate.Not to mention their firepower burst potential is insane.They don't really need Exidally level of sustain.
I think it's going to be a top meta team that his VC will further solidify.
Yeah I have been messing around with that setup as well. Feels really good, Resnick accuracy & dispel followup are great against both Rikku & Yuna.
Which version of his gun? Magic, Aim, or Critical?

I hear you, I don’t like Jeume as a character 😅. Yeah Jayden and Yuna are really good together, I am having so much fun with that combine. Will show them off in my Yuna’s video.
