That's a ford rim. Tool 31195 will not work on chevy rims and tires such as 225/70r19.5 and a quality sidewall like a Michelin.

thats bullshit. fuckin tire was probably on and off the rim 40 fuckin times before they shot the video. id like to see them dismount chinese tire thats been in service for 5 years. pain in the dick.

That is a problem, the mounting and unmounting of the old tire, makes it less stiff and less real. One thing is clear, one needs longer bars with smaller rims as compared to super singles and 22.5 tires, IMO. Plus, there are heavy trucks with tires smaller than 19.5. I don't know of any golden bar for these smaller tire and it may well not work as there is a lack of weight in the smaller tires but lots of stiffness. Nonetheless, the TH-cam videos on this topic are useful. One guy used a vise-grip plier as the stop which maybe passable for a steel rim but for aluminium not so sure. This guy is apparently useing the yellow stop device.
