Concerning your gold foil deck, there's no active license concerning the RWS artwork so your deck is fine. It's free artwork for anybody to create the clones from. That's why theres so many.
Oh absolutely! I think the main concern with this one is that the creator of the gold foil deck itself might have had their idea/concept/box design/etc stolen. While the traditional RWS imagery is public domain, some creators will create decks with a unique spin (like gold foil, all-pink, metallic, etc) and those decks are often recreated/reprinted by others and sold as originals when they aren’t. I’m unsure whether this one is an original or if it was a reprint from a less reputable seller.
