For me, longganisa is best eaten with sinigang. imagine the sourness of the soup combined with the sweet and salty longganisa. try it.

I tried the fried chicken + sinigang combo and it was sooo good!! Can't believe I'm missing this.
I also recommend sinigang + adobo combo (if you have leftover sinigang/adobo). The sourness from sinigang + saltiness from adobo is perfect!
