Avocado tastes better with sourdough bread. Try mashing it with a spritz of lemon or kalamansi with salt, chili flakes/pepper (guac style) before spreading it onto ur bread 🥰 hope u'll like it.
Aweome vlog, glad to see you getting into baking. A little tip I just learned myself, when you're sifting flower don't move the sifter, rather, take a small whisk and roate it in the flour. That would reduce the mess that sifting normally creates and would do the task twice as fast!

When making avocado toast you can add more things to make it to your liking, like bacon, or sauteed bellpeppers with balsamic or seasoned tomato with onions, pickled onions etc then you add your egg on top. make sure to season the avocado with salt pepper squeeze of calamansi or lime and even chili flakes. And its better with really buttered toasted bread, a bit of mayo on the bread is also good

I think it's better to use tape than a stapler when storing packages cuz the staple might get into the packages when you open them again.
