    Bolster does really help in so many poses and you used it so well in those resting poses!! Too good!!

      Oh yessssss! I LOVE using a bolster during restorative yoga flows. I even use it while watching TV from time to time. I just put a few yoga blocks to prop it up so that way it's on an incline. Super comfy! Thank you for being here and I hope that you have an awesome rest of your day 🙏🥰

    This is such perfect timing! I had a long week at work, and I sat at a desk much more than I am used to. My low back is really feeling the brunt of it, and this sequence looks gentle and wonderful. It seems like you always know exactly what I need, Rachel! Thanks as always!

      Hey Michelle! I hear ya! I also had a looooong week at my desk so my back body was definitely feeling it. These are some of my favorite go-to postures when I've been sitting for too long.     Thanks! I was able to do a couple body scans, release tension areas, and am breathing slower now. It's tough resting your face on a bolster pillow in child pose during a heat wave, the body wants to get away from heat.

      Hi Tristan! Thank you for sharing your experiences with me 🤗 The breath is such a powerful nervous system communicator. I'm curious as to whether you've also experienced slower, deeper cycles of breath off of your mat too (you don't need to answer this, maybe something to observe throughout your day if you would like to 😊). Oh no - a heat wave! I can see why it would be challenging to rest your face against a warm bolster during a heat wave! I do hope that you experienced some level of relaxation during this practice 😊 Enjoy the rest of your day! Take care 🙏
