0:22 Spanish word pronounced "Manta-Kiya" it means butter, Mantequilla is in South Park, if you watch that clip you will figure out how to pronounce it
You need to change VisualInstance layer of your character and render that character with the seperate camera with same cull mask layer. There are many solutions for this problem. This is one of the simple to use.
yes, that extra brightness in border is actually SSR and SDFGI's reflections which for some reason can't pass through blur effect and because this motion blur is 'screen space effect' you can see reflections where blur effect brakes , and that're very corners of screen. Sorry I'm not the best when shader stuff gets really complicated , that's when I temporarily rely on addons and godot-shaders website to get work done 😅.

I thought it was man🧍♂️tequila🥂 , 😂 what a weird name to have.
Good tutorial thanks
Exellent video, thanks! If I want the motion blur to ignore certain objects (such as my player character) how would I do that?

@@sanketsbrush Wow, really quick response. Thanks!
But the border of the screen I means the border of the motion blur in the whole screen are glitchy

@@sanketsbrush You can fix it by adding repeat disabled in screen texture and depth texture.
My plane is become red when i apply the shader. And when i run the game, the screen was became red. I'm confused.
I have just found a video on better solution for motion blur in godot , yesterday.

@@sanketsbrush OK
@@sanketsbrush Thanks for the info
I have the "assertion failed" error
What i need to do?
Have you added that line I mentioned in video ? 3:00
@@sanketsbrush Sure, both of them
I can't tell what is causing the error because lack of information.
But I can send you all shader code from video if you just want a quick fix.
how would i change the motion blur amount with code?
The option is in shader parameter of plane in front of camera which makes motion blur effect.
