GTA IV To Return In A Potential REMASTER?

The Liberty City mod for GTA V may now be taken down, but it could mean that Rockstar is COOKING something in the background. Obviously it would be less of a priority than GTA VI, so its won't be ready any time soon but we can always speculate about it anyway.
