    Great video. I recently saw Ghostbusters. Great movie. I eat Whole30, which is real, cooked food (nothing packaged or processed). I definitely feel my best eating this way. No sugar is allowed, though, so it does take some getting used to. I definitely like how you carry a chocolate bar with you. That’s smart!

      Thanks so much for watching! It was a good movie. I feel so much better eating real whole food also, but don't think I could completely give up sugar all together! Good for you! (Sorry I am just seeing this comment now, my comments were held and I never got any notifications). this is definitely a learning curve...LOL
