Parlay Revival in Miami!

We are going to be part of the @miamiboatshow from Thursday-Saturday this week! We will be at the @raymarine @battlebornbatteries @ultra_marine_anchoring @highfieldboats @selden_mast @velaboatworks @ugowear booths at various times, as well as a 2 hour slot from 2-4pm on Saturday at the TH-camr booth handing out copies of @latitudesandattitudes magazines with us on the front cover!
Congrats to the winners of the tickets giveaway as well, you guys are hilarious, we look forward to meeting you! If anyone’s in the area and wants to hang out check my stories for where we will be and when! The Miami boat show app is also pretty sweet to find your way around. Colin, I am a power lineman, and we deal with lightning strikes on a regular basis. The ground Tom put in was a good idea, although I wonder about using rigging as a conductor.
Look up distribution electrical lighting protection for ideas on how to re-dierect the 500k volts away from your computers and systems.
I would recommend a master disconnect switch to isolate everything during storms, as well as a copper lighting rod connected to a cable to re-direct the electricity to ground, in this case, the ocean.
