Been an adult for too many years, and I have to say I've never had this kind of experience. I grew up listening to this kind of songs, and hearing and feeling the deep broken emotions of the singers I think made me a person who's really careful at avoiding this kind of things. I've dated a couple of people who became more and more toxic, even twisted, and I think they could have really made my life miserable... But at those times I always remember songs like this, and I think to myself "I'm not gonna let that happen to me." I had this amazing friend, she was my most favorite person in the world. She was truly the best person in the world. I had no feelings for her in that kind of way. And i valued our friendship so much, until one day she decided to get a BF. I was so happy for her you know, but not even 2 days later she was ignoring me, not answering my calls. She has made it clear to me that i should stay out of her life. This saddens me A LOT! But thanks to Hollywood Undead, I manage to cope!

This song perfectly describes the emotional battle I went through while I was in an abusive relationship a year ago. “I’ve been abused, I feel so used, because of you.” That really hit hard because everything was his fault, but I was always the one apologizing for everything. And the mix of love and hate with J3T’s lines and the anger and trauma in J-Dog’s lines all just hit so close.

Been an adult for too many years, and I have to say I've never had this kind of experience.
I grew up listening to this kind of songs, and hearing and feeling the deep broken emotions of the singers I think made me a person who's really careful at avoiding this kind of things.
I've dated a couple of people who became more and more toxic, even twisted, and I think they could have really made my life miserable... But at those times I always remember songs like this, and I think to myself "I'm not gonna let that happen to me."
It's amazing how their songs help the ones who feel the same way as them, but also how they can maybe help others avoid relationships with bad endings.
