But I know that is impossible, they never really tried to fix this imbalance. 2030 basically destroy the meaning of quick cards, then they design Merlin to boost the buster servant, and then they got multiple HP bars to make arts servant even more valuable... I am expecting for a even shitty future for quick servants.
