with trade in, is it a set trade in value or does it depend on what you trade in, for example if i wanted to buy that 1/2 inch ratchet off you for a trade in and my trade in was either a snap on 1/4 inch drive ratchet or a sealey 1/2 inch drive, 24 inch ratchet, what would you give a better deal on
George Jackson every deal is different and also with dealer.. most of the time it really does depend on what you trade in and the condition it’s in ... so if it’s a snap on ratchet I would say you would get more of a better trade in deal then if you were trading in a Sealey ratchet. Some times in the weekly promotion sheets it’s set and it might say “ £30 minimum trade in” so every if it’s Sealey ratchet and it’s broke you would still get £30 but if it’s say a snap on ratchet and worth more then £30 you would get more money off then the set amount. As dealers we all get different deals and offers that we can take part in so it really does depend.
