greeting from the USA. just discovered your channel and im currently a technician at a kia dealership (kia jokes incoming probably) all that aside ive loved watching your videos because you seem like a genuine guy who loves selling tools. i do buy snapon, but i have avoided asking my rep questions about tools. because he is so keen on making a sale that he usually tells me whatever i want to hear to make me buy instead of advising and showing all he has to offers. i really learned a lot from watching your videos i wish i could buy tools personally from you!
Thanks I really appreciate it, glad your enjoying watching the videos and what I’m doing. This can be a problem with a lot of sales rolls but I found out early on in my snap on days that been pushy doesn’t always work. The way I see it is, I see my customers weekly and want to provide as service now if I’m not honest about something … its going to bite me in the but later on down the line and I could lose a customer in one sale.

Nothings indestructible, but if you have bent 2 I’d maybe try going up to the 12”
can you get that foam spanner set in flank drive plus in the uk yet ?
You best option is SOEXM01FMBR and SOEXM02FMBR, that would give you 7-25 in flank drive plus in foam both set have just been and should still be on promo in the uk
We also do SOEXFSET1BR that’s an all in one set but it also has SAE spanners in it
Snap On are a huge rip off Halfords advanced is way better
Better at what ? The only people who say that are people who havnt used snap on
@@aa-kv2pq I've used snap on it far to expensive for what it is Halfords advanced does the same job you still get lifetime warranty and it's a lot cheaper
It’s down to you what tools you use/like, halfords may have lifetime warranty but they don’t call to you every week, nor do they care about your tool issues. Its down to you what tools you buy no one forces you to buy them but I strongly disagree that halfords is better quality then snap on

@@kobirelf97 I thought the same but got sick of halfords gear not working on questionable fastners, started off with some screwdrivers and have been hooked on the quality ever since anyone who disagrees is just larping about having used snap on, BTW I also have a lot of halfords gear in my box just brought the 16 piece flex head spanner set because of the value but there's no way halfords is as good as snap on when it really counts
