A friend has a 66 plate 1.6tdi. It cost..... 20k (and 0 road tax). How times have changed. He took a normal and an S-Line for a drive and described the S-Line ride as unacceptable. And just put Michelin Cross Climates on which has improved the ride even further. And there's never been a single squeak or rattle anywhere. Its perfect for him
@@motorpoint the age old problem that auto engineers can't solve: how to make an SUV handle well without stiffening up the suspension. It's a physics problem that the next Einstein needs to solve!
Thinking of getting a Quattro one of these. Should be good value second hand with a nice interior, and a reliable infotainment system and manual air con controls, not through the screen.
Promisingly good small to medium SUV. However, is there an emissions problem with some of the models which Audi fixed by sending some of them back into the engine!? Could be a four figure repair in later years.
Such a nonsense review. Literally just inside one today ready to purchase. Damn. It was like a truck full of plastic was sick all over the interior. Cheap plastic. Poor features. The dash display was good but the lack of a touch screen in 2023 was all I needed to know. No thanks Audi ⛔️
Don't know wat you are missing pal.Touchscreen for a start is such a DUD,get's messy and greasy very easily which if not cleaned regulary will malfunction when trying to imput stuff. Q2 great all rounder and quality for money..
It's about the badge. And it feels premium to drive. I mean even hyunndais are getting pricey. I say it's more value to money then the VW troc.
Best model on the Q2 is the 1.4 petrol TFSI With it's automatic gearbox.150 bhp and absolutely fabulous on fuel...
How much does it do on the city ?

Everything's definitely got more expensive - and S-lines are noticeably firmer! - Tim

What's your feedback on the manual gearbox ? I hear automatic S tronic is amazing but I like to drive manually also.
It has to be the black edition! Looks awesome!
dashboard is outdated on the q2
Your telling a 66 year old that the dash is out dated .
Actually it's perfect, because it's manual controls and the air con controls are manual too which is MUCH better.

Yes, if you're doing long runs in it, the 2.0 litre all wheel drive would be sensible.

It wish the interior was updated but alas...we'll never see another facelift.
The Audi q2 is even cheaper than the Audi a3! however the A3 has the new MMI infotainment system..
❤AUDI IS CLASSY AND LUXURY IN EVERY INCH❤
Is it a 2019’s?
2021 I think
These cars are great
I have a Skoda Kamiq which has more interior space, same engine, proper handbrake and more affordable
Interesting, I'm looking at a small suv, mainly for the higher ride height. How does your kamiq compare?
@@StickyGeko suggest you take a look at the Kamiq

Touch screens are completely unnecessary in a car.
Had my Q2 for 6 years - excellent vehicle
