There are real silver fortuna with no serial numbers and sn with no letter prefix.
I don't recall seeing a fake silver fortuna for sale. Interesting... In a very sad way.

if you want to know what types of things are being faked look at what is for sale on something like AliExpress website, it has all types of fake gold and silver items
