The fact that every episode has anti-scam advisory means many ppl are still very careless about online safety. It’s quite common- sensical not to click on or pick up any unsolicited messages and calls respectively.
Nowadays, it's safer to go to the building instead of online(eg:CPF branch or POSB branch). And, the police will never call you if you commit a crime. They will directly knock on your door and look for you
Most victims are elderly who are not knowledgeable about online scams …

This I.O Stanley is very unprofessional. They already know that Clifford is guilty, but as an officer of the law he shouldn't grabbing anyone and dragging them out of the lift. And no officer of the law should be talking down on anyone criminals or not by telling them "lets see about that". What does he think he is, he is just an officer he is not the president.
The IOs on Crimewatch nowadays are reenacted by actors, not the real police officers like they used to.
If you watch Crimewatch up to about 2011 then you’ll see the difference (i.e. more professional, less stunts, frankly more “plain”)

Just like my house and loanshark throw paint on my flat and I got pissed off and scold the police like hell, I told them that when they got higher qualification I scold them they don't know, so when I told the police to make sure the police camera must be install and when few days later I came back I saw all the police camera install and I surely knows that no one can wander around the corridor.
Maybe you should improve on your English before scolding the police officers🤔

Overseas, they have no jurisdiction to do anything. Even if they have an identity, they have to rely on cooperation from the appropriate police in the country to arrest that person and then have to extradite him to the country.
A bit of studying will do wonders.
