CV- curriculum Vitae it's basically your Resume and you don't need to print anything if you are going for Vistara but for indigo you just have to print one copy of your resume.

Yes it is mandatory. You can give interview but they will ask in documentation round.

Your BMI is 16.7 and the Healthy BMI rate is 18-22 as per the requirement of airlines. So don't worry you are 1% underweight just increase 5kgs then your BMI will be 18.6 and then you can crack the BMI round easily .

BMI should be in between 18 to 22 but your BMI is 23.8 so you need to loose 3kg to fit under the criteria. If you loose your weight to 59kg then your BMI will be 21.9

Yes, if they'll select you as a crew then you have to submit a soft copy of your passport
Passport k liye apply karke Jane se bhi hoga .. I appeared for the same interview on 26june without a passport only with the application form. Got selected will be getting the passport tomorrow most probably and joining on 11th aug.
