My mom and Dad even suggested that I should go to hospital because it's getting more serious.

You can only eat inkamba zabalozi when they have already presented themselves to you. They do present themselves while you at it...hence you need to be instructed by them what to do. Otherwise unless you are under supervision of your gobela..then they will know and tell you when to stop.
