Donaghadee is a small but attractive town in County Down, Northern Ireland, on the Ards Peninsula about 18 miles (29 km) from Belfast. The harbour is relative ‘new’ but the town is much older with a Anglo-Normans motte-and-bailey castle built over an earlier ring fort. Donaghadee is well worth a visit 👍.
