    Just wanted to let people know that the product no longer comes with the label holder or with the two rolls of labels included.

    Hey mate how's the printer going?
    Do you have any idea how much power it uses?

    I recently bought this, and had nothing but issues setting this up. It prints, but nothing comes on the labels. Ausprint was nothing but terrible helping me out. But thankyou - this video is helpful .

      Hi Jess, I just unboxed and set up one of these today and had the same issue as you a few times but now its working! All I did was open up the printer slightly adjust the green tray to make it a little bit wider... Such a weird thing to fix?? No idea how that may have affected the print, the labels still fit through fine.
      Hope you got it sorted by now!

      Hi, we have been through 2 rolls of labels and all has been good! Still quite happy with the setup.

    It’s been two years and the drivers are still not approved by Apple. They said two years ago that they’re working on getting Apple approval. I’m not taking any chances.

    How do I print a A4 shipping label? Every time I printed it it’s a small one? Does anyone know the setting?

    • @BikeSparesAU
      @BikeSparesAU  9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Helen-uc8gl you need to select A6 label in the printer settings for n your computer. Also what ever program or website your printing the shipping label from will have an A6 option there too

      Thanks for the quick reply, just worked it out! I found the setting on my plug in app

    With the settings do you find your barcodes are crisp? My Dymo prints has crisp straight lines where this printer does not, and even has like tiny spots missing. So disappointed :(

    • @BikeSparesAU

      We are printing 100's a week and all is good with ours. make sure you clean the head, as once or twice the roller has peeled a label off and the stickyness collects dirt/dust... needs to be wiped carefully and its great.

    Horrible experience, the printer didn't work, support service was fake. Paypal issued a refund, but Ausprint did not honor their money back 60 days at all, and refused to send a return according to their so call refunds and return policy. Lost a month over it, run for your life!

    • @maplesyrupau
      @maplesyrupau ปีที่แล้ว

      I had the same experience. I'm just checking now how I paid. The print quality was dismal compared to my old Dymo

      Yes customer service is bad. I ordered mine and never received tracking and I was trying to follow up and one day the printer just came😅
