    Love this as always! After almost 2 years of trying different schedules and eating styles.
    I think I have found what I like to Call the flex plan.
    I have two 24s and one 48 scheduled a week but I am learning to listen to my body and play around on certain weeks.
    I have had zero luck on finding any help with having an iud. I also had it replaced in January and my body is still adjusting so basically, I just listen to my body.
    So I'm also carnivorish.
    My blood sugars have been beautiful. My hormones are starting to few more balanced. My autoimmune stuff is lessened. The scale still isn't budging but I'm healing and that honestly is more important.
    So my flex plan allows me to not be so ridged and take care of myself. Doesn't mean I go crazy. If I'm hungry and need three meals in one day, I make sure is good food.
    If my cycle makes me not so hungry but I don't feel good fasting, I fat fast.
    It's not an easy process to get here. But it's finally working. And at 47 and still 30 lbs over weight, I just happy to be feeling better.
