As a bassist, I am ashamed to admit that I didnt know the main riff was played on bass. Regardless, I just learned how to play it on my bass and it sounds beautiful. Very fun little riff.

I've been using a pedal (Digitech Drop), as you know dropping a step or more on a guitar gives you flubby strings and fucks the intonation.. it's a weird feel, feels a bit.. removed? Or set up a different guitar for the low tunings? More expense etc.. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts, if you've tried a drop pedal. Cheers man. @@thisisriffin
@@felixbarbosa2119 have never tried one but need to take for a spin one day! Would be super handy pedal to have. Be interested to hear the tone comparison compared to thicker strings dropped down, with matching set ups ect.

They are indeed! 👍👍
Only 3 ?
Uhh definitely not 3. Isnt it
Sons of kyuss
Wretch
Blues for the red sun
Gardenia

Also bass is also definitely in D# standard as well. Feels much more natural to play it with that tuning.
Can understand thinking it was on guitar! Very fun to play isn’t it.
The guitars are tuned down so low it’s pretty easy to not know what’s guitar vs bass.
