Hello, firstly, thanks a lot for you explanation, it’s really god and helpful, but in the final part, the dip direction is perpendicular to the direction of strike, therefore, in this map, the dip direction needs to be NW or SE , because the direction of strike is NE. If you wanna understand better, you can represent the Structural data in a cross(+), and you can see that it’s imposible to represent NE strike with an E dip because they are not perpendicular..
Thanks very much for putting up such a good and amazing work. I wish there is a way that you could teach me better on structural geology,or at least explain some problems I am facing in the classroom.
